Delete your TwynUp account
You can permanently delete your TwynUp account and its data at any time, directly from the app or from twynup.com — no need to contact support first. You'll be asked to log in first, since only the account owner can request this.
Not ready to go for good?
Deactivating hides your profile, videos and activity immediately and signs you out of every device, but keeps your account for 90 days — simply log in again within that window to restore everything exactly as it was.
What deleting your account removes
- Your profile, login and every active session, on every device.
- Videos you uploaded — if a teammate is also tagged on one, it stays with them instead of being deleted; your tags on other people's videos are removed.
- Circles: one you're the only member of is deleted; one you're the only admin of is handed to its longest-standing member.
- Your comments, likes, bookmarks, followers and following.
- Your team and tournament roster memberships.
How it works
- Tap one of the buttons above (or, from inside the app, open your profile menu and choose Deactivate or Delete Account).
- Log in if you aren't already.
- Enter the verification code sent to your registered mobile number.
- For a permanent deletion, type DELETE to confirm — it takes effect immediately and can't be undone.
Lost access to your phone number?
The verification code above is the only self-serve path, since it's how we confirm the request is really from you. If you no longer have access to your registered number, email hello@twynup.com from the address on file and we'll help you close the account another way.
